Designed specifically for baseball teams, but can be modified for other sports. The fully responsive design comes with an easy-to-use, custom, content management system that allows administrators to manage the website without any coding experience. We are responsible for the entire UI including design, layout, development/coding & graphics.

The template allows for news articles and announcements, multiple teams schedules, rosters, stats, photos, videos and alumni news. There is also an entire section for fundraising groups/purposes. A private account area for players & families provides team-only messaging, event registrations and a secure payment gateway. The template also has capability to sell and display sponsorship advertising at various different levels throughout the site.

EnergizeCT Center Website

In 2015, the State of CT, along with its public utility companies, opened the EnergizeCT Center in North Haven, CT. The Center was a unique, interactive experience for both adults and children - part energy efficiency resource and part hands-on learning laboratory, that showcased the latest energy efficiency solutions and renewable energy technologies. I was hired to construct a Resource Library website, that would be used within the Center itself, and provide remote access to all the Center's learning materials and informative documents.

The responsive layout was built to be viewed on any device, and to be touch-screen friendly to accommodate the Center's kiosks. The website also included a custom administrative area, providing the EnergizeCT staff with the ability to modify the content of the site without coding. Design focus was on existing EnergizeCT branding. The Center was closed in Dec., 2019 - but you can use the link above to view the website.

eeSmarts Website

eeSmarts™ is an energy efficiency and clean, renewable energy learning initiative, funded by EnergizeCT for the purpose of creating an energy-efficient ethic among all school-age students in CT. The program provides a wide range of assistance to CT educators including professional development workshops, lesson plans for students, and helpful resources, all of which could be accessed through the site. My visual concept needed to appeal to adults as well as elementary school students. I provided the entire UI experience including design, layout, graphics, database structure & all coding.

The site was also a gateway to the annual eeSmarts Student contest, where students & teachers could get contest info, submit entries for the contest, and track the winners. The original design was built way back in 2009, and was updated into a responsive layout in 2013. To cut costs, in 2018 the eeSmarts website became part of EnergizeCT.com. While it's no longer online, the next few slides display screen captures of the eesmarts.com website.

CT Zero Energy Challenge Website

The Zero Energy Challenge was an annual contest conducted by the CT Energy Efficiency Fund and EnergizeCT, that featured a select group of CT architects & builders in a design and build competition for energy efficient homes built in CT. The Challenge's primary goal was to showcase the technology and techniques it takes to build super energy efficient, near zero energy homes. The site was built to promote the Challenge, its participants, and to track their progress each year. The site displayed building specs, photos, videos and participant information for each project. I provided the entire UI experience including design, layout, graphics, database structure & all coding.

The Challenge was conducted for 9 years beginning in 2010, with the final edition taking place in 2019. While the Challenge is now defunct, and the website is no longer online, the next few slides display screen captures of the ctzeroenergychallenge.com website.

CFMS Fund Website

The CFMS Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness in the fight against Cystic Fibrosis and Multiple Sclerosis. I created the original website for the CFMS Fund back in 2013 before it was migrated into a WordPress template to simplify future updates. While it has long since been updated from the original design, the current website still possesses many of the design elements I provided, including their corporate logo.

My original website provided event registration, payment processing for registrations & donations, and email marketing. The site included a custom admin area to manage and process event registrations, and provide financial reporting of online transactions.
