Clients wanted to replace their old, rotting rear deck with a three-season addition. I tore down the old deck, replaced heavily damaged framing, and constructed the addition which featured interchangeable glass panes and screens. The addition also needed to tie into their existing lower deck that was adjacent to their pool. Project was done in Fall of 2020 which presented challenges due to supply chain issues. Was responsible for project design, management and all work done with the exception of electrical. The next several slides illustrate the project from start to finish.. |
