Complete gut of an early 1960's home that is still in the renovation process. What's been accomplished so far: new and vastly improved insulation throughout, new HVAC & electric heat pump water heater (switched from basebaoard oil to forced air heat pump technology), new septic & leaching system, complete new plumbing and electrical systems including electrical service & panel upgrade, new bathroom and kitchen, all new windows and exterior doors, new drywall, trim, interior doors, flooring (vinyl plank and refinished hardwood). Cleared a significant portion of the property to expand on use, added a garden, new fence and exterior siding. I will uppdate this gallery once we have completed a new deck & roof scheduled for later in 2025. Closed on this home in April of 2024 and spent our 1st night here 6 mos. to the date of closing. The next several slides illustrate the project from start to finish.. |
